Menu Plan Monday

I really like to menu plan. I hate freaking out at 5 p.m. trying to figure out what I'm going to cook, only to realize I don't have all of the ingredients. By spending 30-60 minutes per week on a menu plan, I have all of my ducks in a row. I cheated this week, and used my Betty Crocker email for Dinners less than $10 for all of my selections. Of course, I won't be making the recipes exactly like them, but overall, I'll have an idea of what I'm making.

Monday:Chicken Parmesan

Tuesday:Chicken Chili over Corn Muffins

Wednesday:Slow Cooker Sausage and Beans

Thursday:Chicken Soup with Easy Dumplings

Friday:New Potato Chicken Stew

Saturday:Ground Beef Stew and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
